Louis Amira
Partner & Co-Founder
Louis co-founded Crimson Advantage after nearly 7 years at Google. He led projects, products and partnerships that spanned multiple orgs while working in Marketing, Ads & Product roles. These projects ranged from leading Google's $10M+ year-in-review ad campaign to serving as an Account Manager tasked with launching companies like jet.com on Google, with annual spend of over $250M. He also managed new product launches as both a Business Development & Product Manager across Google Search, Firebase and Research & Machine Intelligence
Additionally, he co-founded a company within Google's Area 120 startup incubator, leading product and business initiatives full-time. He earned his A.B. in Economics from Harvard University.

David Joosten
CTO & Co-Founder
David co-founded Crimson Advantage after leading multiple successful data and software engineering companies to profitability serving clients like Uber, Lyft, Google, and Indeed. He started his career at Google as a marketer, first for AdWords and then Android. He was the head of marketing for Google Nexus phones (precursor to Google Pixel phones), and led partnership marketing efforts with Samsung and HTC. He is fascinated by the opportunities and risks caused by the rise of machine learning, cloud computing and data capture at unprecedented scale.
David holds an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University as well as an M.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University.

Sylia Gallegos
CEO
Sylia joins from Google where she led nationwide strategy for Google Fiber, driving $847M in customer lifetime value. She also advised on the purchase of a new business, developed and implemented the post-integration operating structure for the new entity. More recently, she served as a global head for Google’s AI-powered virtual assistant. She developed and executed a global growth strategy, expanding Google Assistant’s footprint and increasing global active users 4x YOY.
Prior to Google, she practiced commercial litigation in Texas at a boutique firm specializing in contracts and mass tort litigation. She then proceeded to co-found a litigation consulting firm, harnessing her expertise in litigation strategy. She advised on the creation of a first of its kind legal discovery tool, which recently raised $150M in funding.
Sylia attended Southern Methodist University and earned a BS in Engineering Management, Information, and Systems. She graduated South Texas College of Law, cum laude.

ANTHONY ROTIO
Head of Amazon Services & Analytics
Anthony brings nearly a decade of consumer packaged goods experience to Crimson Advantage. At Anheuser-Busch InBev, the world's largest brewer, he led their $100m owned-retail business unit to consistent double digit revenue growth while doubling profit margin. As Director of Marketing Strategy, he increased marketing spend efficiency and effectiveness. He briefed and executed national integrated marketing campaigns for Budweiser and Bud Light and held various roles in Digital, Innovation, Sales, and Trade Marketing. He also deployed over $30m of ROI-positive CAPEX throughout his time at ABI.
In 2017, he invented and launched Pizza Shelf, a product optimized for DTC Amazon sales. With his own skin in the game, he learned the ins and outs of Amazon Advertising first-hand.
Prior to ABI, Anthony completed a few machine learning and automation projects after earning his A.B. in Computer Science from Harvard University.
Rob Gallegos

Rob Gallegos is a big thinker, a connoisseur of curiosity, a results-oriented strategist, and an optimist. Over the last 12 years Rob has developed a rich and integrated background, having worked extensively across the telecommunications industry.
A former UCaaS professional he takes pride in providing the best experience for his clients through education.
Rob has a wealth of knowledge in business having built his own sales company from the ground up going D2D and B2B. Rob has had the privilege of working with top Brands such as Google Fiber, AT&T U-Verse, Verizon, and RingCentral. He believes that discipline and grit are the driving forces in his success story and when he is not keeping busy with the latest tech trends you can find him in the mountains of Colorado.
Having summited 25 of 54 Colorado's 14ers he still has some work to do.
